Isn’t This Free Technical Support?

Yes sure it is. If we designed and programmed the website and the problem that you need fixed is because of the original code of the website. But if this is after delivery and because of no changes made by us? it is not covered in free support.

Can You Do Me a Favor?

Yes sure we can. But since we always charge you a reasonable amount for the task or project that we did for you, we will loose away with the little profit that we made. Now doing a favor is for maintaining good relations with clients and potential clients. If we do a favor, we loose the profits but we retain the clients who are not profitable so ultimately we head towards closing down the business as there are no profits. No Offense intended at anyone in particular, but in order to survive, its very difficult for us to do favors. Also since we are in a business where our time is money and if you ask us for favor, its like you are asking us to throw money on the road, which Im sure is not something you will do yourself if we ask for favors.

OK. So What are the damages?

Low. If you go for a support package with a fixed number of hours that you think you will be using every month. These cannot be transferred to next month as balance hours. This helps us keep the costs low as we hire support resources according to the requirements and their schedule is mostly planned for our clients who are subscribers to these packages.

What If I do not want a Package?

We can still help you with the support and maintenance of your website. Its just that the costs might sound a little on higher side for an Indian Website Design Company.
